New to Pilates? Start Here

For first-time clients, we highly recommend beginning with a private session before joining group classes. This allows our instructors to assess your movement, introduce the reformer, and tailor guidance to your individual needs—setting you up for long-term success and safety.

If a private session is not possible, all new Pilates members are required to take at least one Introduction Class before entering any other group classes. This class is designed to familiarize you with the reformer and foundational Pilates principles in a supportive group setting.

If the Introduction Class schedule does not work for you, please contact the studio, and we’ll be happy to help you find the best option to get started.
