We offer private and duet Pilates sessions, small group reformer classes, and one-on-one physical therapy sessions. Our goal is to combine movement, rehabilitation, and strength training to help you feel and move your best.
Getting started is easy! You can book your first session through our online scheduling system via website or app. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a private session so we can introduce you to the equipment and ensure you feel comfortable with the movements. If you prefer to begin in a group setting, we recommend taking our New Member class to learn the fundamentals before joining other classes.
You can download our scheduling app through the App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for our studio name, create an account, and you will be able to easily book classes, manage your schedule, and purchase packages directly through the app.
Yes! Our sessions and classes are designed for all levels. Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, we tailor movements to meet your needs and goals.
We recommend comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are encouraged for reformer sessions.

Our reformer classes are limited to 7 people to ensure a small, supportive environment and allow our instructors to provide personalized guidance throughout the session.

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for private sessions, duet sessions, and classes. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a charge.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service, and we can provide documentation if you wish to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.
No. While physical therapy helps treat injuries and pain, it can also be used to improve mobility, strength, posture, and overall movement quality.
Yes. Our instructors have completed comprehensive Pilates teacher training programs and continue to pursue ongoing education to refine their skills. This ensures that every class is taught with a strong focus on proper technique, safety, and effective movement.
Yes. We offer Pilates teacher training through the Kane School, designed for individuals who want to become certified instructors or deepen their understanding of Pilates.
