At Sound Pilates & Physical Therapy, we intentionally offer semi-private reformer classes rather than large group classes.

Why? Because movement is personal.

With a maximum of 6 clients per class, we’re able to provide individualized cueing, form corrections, modifications, and progressions tailored to your needs. Whether you’re new to Pilates, managing an injury, or looking to advance your practice, our semi-private model allows us to give each client the attention they deserve.

You get the personalized feel of a private session, the motivation of a group setting, and the expertise of highly trained instructors—all in one class.
